Puck Control Drill
Set up your Trainer on a Shooting Pad. Start on your backhand and pull your puck under the dangler. Shift your weight from your back to your front foot and shoot for the net.
Tip: Increase the difficulty by adding onto your footwork by stepping forward as you shoot. The quicker you get your shots off, the more chance you have to score or create a rebound.
