Payment & Shipping

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which items have been sent. Please note that if you order more than one item, depending on available stock and the closest Bauer warehouse to your order destination, certain items in your order may be shipped separately. This may mean that your order will arrive in multiple smaller deliveries. We do this in an effort to get you your items quickly.

Once an order has been placed or warranty claim has been submitted, there is no guarantee the address change request can be accommodated. Please check your shipping address before completing your purchase or submission.

All orders completed with verified processing before 12 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Note that packing and shipping are only prepared on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding observed statutory holidays).

* Estimated shipping timelines are based on orders placed before 12 PM EST. For orders placed after 12 PM EST, the estimated shipping timeline begins on the next business day.

Actual delivery timelines may vary. Please allow for delays to remote locations.

If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive an email notification for each partial shipment when they are packed and ready to leave our facilities. You will also receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment without being billed for additional freight charges for multiple shipments.

You are not able to combine promo codes, discount codes, coupons and special offers.

There may be limitations that apply to the use of a code. For example, it may not be valid on certain products.

Codes cannot be reissued or extended under any circumstances.

Codes cannot be applied to any orders after they have been placed.

We currently only ship to Canada. We currently do not ship to freight forwarders.

Payment for all goods must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shop Pay and Google Pay .

Your credit card will be charged upon placing your Order.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Bauer will match the lowest price on products found in store or online from other Bauer authorized retailers, for same product, colour and size. Product must be in stock to apply. Excludes individual store or website promotions. Proof is required with a direct link to the product on the website or image of the product displaying price. Price match inquiries should be sent to DTC@Bauer.com.

Bauer does not offer price adjustments or partial refunds on any purchased item if it later becomes discounted or further discounted (example on sale or final sale).
