With the exception of the exclusions listed below, you may return an item purchased directly through Bauer.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not reimburse original freight charges.
In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts.
If you purchased a Bauer product through a local retailer, this policy does not apply. Purchases made at local retailers must be handled through that retailer directly.

Due to the personalization aspect of these products, once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be refunded at this time.
REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse and if it meets all of our guidelines, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make your original purchase, within 3 business days from receipt. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.
As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
EXCLUSIONS
EXCLUSIONS
MyBauer custom sticks are not refundable.
MyBauer custom skates and helmets are not refundable. Once a MyBauer Skates order has been submitted, no changes can be made and they cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items are not refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Equipment without proper Certification stickers or accompanying parts, or any other items that are not in their original undamaged packaging, or have been worn or washed are not refundable.
Bauer will only accept returns for specialty products in circumstances where the product has been damaged in shipment, or where the incorrect product was shipped.
