Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is subject to the BAUER MVP Sweepstakes

End Date: December 6, 2025 at 10:00PM ET
Two (2) Rewards available: Each Winner will receive one (1)
BAUER PULSE inspired custom Xbox® Series S Console Package (not available for
purchase) and
one (1) stock BAUER PULSE Stick. Winner will have option of Youth, Junior,
Intermediate or Senior sizing. This sweepstakes is in no
way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Microsoft Corporation or Microsoft
Canada Inc., or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates
(individually and collectively, “Microsoft”). By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to
and do hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Microsoft and their
employees, officers, directors and representatives from any claims, losses and
damages arising out of participation in this sweepstakes, any
sweepstakes-related activities, or the acceptance and use, misuse, or
possession of any prize awarded hereunder or any product purchased with a prize
awarded hereunder. Prize winner will be
required to sign a release in accordance with this section prior to receiving
the prize.
