BAUER sticks are measured from the heel of the blade to the top of the shaft.

WHAT HEIGHT IS BEST FOR ME?

The height of a BAUER stick is directly related to the flex. For example, a Flex 30 stick may be 50", while a Flex 87 stick may be 62". When you select a flex, you should find the stick height listed.

If you're shopping for sticks in person, a good rule of thumb is to look for a stick that reaches between your chin and your nose, when standing up straight with the stick upright in front of you.
