BAUER STICK WARRANTY CLAIM
To start your claim, you will be required to have the following photos available. The tool will time out after approx.10 minutes of being idle so it is recommended that you prepare the
pictures in advance of starting the claim. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied.
Standard Stick Requirements (Stock):
In order for your request to be processed, a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Bauer retailer is required. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date if purchased online. If the specific stick model is unavailable, Bauer may offer an equivalent replacement option based on model and price point of the original stick.

Personalized Stick Requirements (Custom):
The warranty period for custom sticks is 30 days based on the delivery date. All claims must be submitted within 30 days to be eligible for review. When submitting a warranty
claim for a custom Bauer stick, you are required to include a photo of the custom serial ID and the broken area in the same photo. The 8 digit custom serial ID begins with "212",
is located near the custom name bar of the stick and contains all of the stick specifications and order information.
