"Product fits well and looks great but quality isn’t there. I’ve used this helmet once a week for beer league (over 40) for less than 8 months and it hasn’t held up as well as the cost would indicate. Gel coat is easily chipped with glancing shots. Finishing coat has some mild runs in it which quality control should have picked up. Loved Bauer products for along time and wish the quality was better. Contacted Bauers warranty department and they just fluffed it off as normal wear and tear. Sad for a company that boast innovation and quality to disregard customer feedback or issues."
"Overall well-built mask. Cosmetic feedback: right out of the box, the cage wiggles a little despite screws being tightened to max. Also, the chin strap snap grommet broke apart trying to unsnap it right out of the box, but I managed to attach both ends using the plastic clip it came with but doesn’t “snap” together any longer."
