"Was very excited to wear my skates and the blade holder is busted. I asked for a refund and was told the only thing that could be done is to replace the holder. I am now having to ship my skates to a pro shop to get the new holders while paying out of pocket and also I am stuck with paying the fee to get the new holders out on. Terrible customer service by a large company who does not stand by their products!!!"
