"Product showed up not in original packaging and without instructions. Metal frame did not fit together correctly. I had to cut 1/2 inch off one of the top bars to get it to work. I feel like you shipped me a product that was returned by someone else for the same reason. Did I make it work? Yeah. But it was quite the pain. Really disappointing."
